We are going to Bezerkley today...it will be an all day trip, so I am packing some food and a smoothie to take along. This is what I put in my smoothie today: 1 cup organic spinach, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1 cup orange juice, splash of soy milk. Yum! I also made a peanut butter sandwich and I am taking my raisins, and of course lots of bottled water.
